The signal red corn poppy is a widespread crop and is a member of the poppy family. In the field, the corn poppy lives in close symbiosis with its namesake the poppy mason bee. But other animals such as the field hamster also make use of the plant. In this film, we will find out more about the poppy and its symbioses with other corn field dwellers.
